Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bidero ("Bidero", "we", "us"), a web application operated by Harun Bosnjak, an individual based in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, registered as an individual seller. By creating an account or otherwise using Bidero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Bidero helps contractors and tradespeople create, send, and track job quotes for their customers. The service lets you store your own customers and price book, draft quotes manually or with the help of an AI assistant, send quotes to your customers as a shareable link and PDF, and see when a customer views, accepts, or declines a quote.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Bidero offers a free plan with limited monthly quotes, and a paid Pro plan billed on a recurring monthly basis. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your purchase is made through and billed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable taxes, and related consumer protections for your purchase, and their terms apply to the transaction itself in addition to these Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the customer records, price book items, job descriptions, and quotes you enter into Bidero ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to use and store any customer information you enter.
6. AI-assisted quotes
Bidero's AI assistant suggests line items and quantities based on a job description you provide and your own saved price book. These suggestions are a starting point only — Bidero does not let the AI set or invent prices, and every price shown to you and your customer is calculated from your own price book. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy and completeness of any quote before sending it to a customer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bidero to send unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive quotes; to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; to store data on behalf of a business that is not yours or that you are not authorized to represent; or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using Bidero and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice before terminating an account for reasons other than serious or repeated breaches.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Bidero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in quotes you send using Bidero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on this page or emailing you. Continued use of Bidero after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your own country of residence provide otherwise.
